In exchange for a US$150,000 investment, our partner will receive 30% ownership of the retreat business and 30% of its distributable profits, subject to a formal partnership agreement. We will contribute the land and work together to develop the business.

Our Development Plan

Phase One: Initial Development

The initial US$150,000 investment will be used to establish the retreat and prepare it to welcome guests. The development plan includes:

Construction of the first four (4) luxury cabanas.
Landscaping and preparation of the property.
Essential infrastructure and amenities required to accommodate guests.
Furnishing and preparing the cabins for nightly and weekly rentals.
Establishing the retreat’s initial presence in the tourism and wellness market.

Our goal is to create an attractive, comfortable, and welcoming destination that can begin generating accommodation revenue once development is complete and the property is ready to operate.

Phase Two: Expansion After Two Years

Following the first two years of operation, our vision is to expand the retreat by adding two additional luxury cabanas, bringing the total to six.

This phased approach allows the business to establish itself, build a reputation, attract returning guests, and evaluate its performance before moving forward with further development.

The expansion would create additional accommodation capacity and the potential to increase revenue as demand grows. Funding for the additional cabanas would be determined through a mutually agreed expansion plan.

The Investment and Ownership Structure

We are contributing the two-acre property as our investment in the partnership. The incoming partner will contribute US$150,000 in development capital.

In return, the investor will receive:

30% ownership of the retreat business.
30% of distributable business profits, in accordance with the partnership agreement.
Participation in the growth and long-term success of the retreat.
An ownership interest in the business developed around the property.

The land contribution and the investor’s cash contribution form the foundation of the partnership. The final legal structure will clearly document the respective ownership rights, responsibilities, profit distributions, and treatment of the land.

Our goal is to create a boutique destination built around health, wellness, comfort, and nature.

In addition to nightly and weekly cabana rentals, the retreat could eventually offer:
